Visual Interpretations

The exercise that I did for Photo Interpretation and Remote sensing tasked me with interpreting aerial photographs simply by tone and textures. I was able to identify the lightest to darkest tones that were present in the picture, as you can see these are highlighted in yellow. As with the tone, I classified select areas from the photograph, for texture I used very coarse to very fine. 
In the following map you can see that instead of identifying tone and texture I looked at patterns, shape and size, shadows, and associative relationships.
