Network Analyst - Prepare Tampa Basemap


This lab is broken up into 3 different sections, prepare, analyze, and report. This week is the prepare week. I was tasked with creating a basemap for the project. We are using a DEM to create a floodzone in the Tampa area for use in case of a hurricane that will require evacuations and supplies transfers.
